Shipping policy

Shipping:

We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Normal shipping time is 7-14 business days after payment of purchase, unless unforeseen procurement occurs with suppliers. Please keep in mind all products are hand pressed and minor differences may occur.

 ** Shipping times exclude weekends and major US holidays. 

For items that haven't been delivered or are damaged upon arrival, it's the buyer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and file a claim. All products are insured during shipment.
