Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Orders can not be refunded /canceled once placed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return your UNWORN item within 14 days of the delivery date, shipping the item back is the responsibility of the customer. You will be issued a store credit

Not eligible: Any sale, discount, or markdown item. Bodysuits, jewelry, hair accessories/hats, and undergarments (camis, bralettes, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are NOT acceptable.

Requirements: Items MUST be returned in their original condition free of makeup stains, deodorant, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, and obvious wear.. If the item returned is unable to be sold in the store the item will then be sent back to the customer and will no longer be allowed to make a return.

Purses, Handbags, wallets must be shipped with all original packaging, bags and wrapping in original shipped condition.

For items that haven't been delivered or are damaged upon arrival, it's the buyer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and file a claim. All products are insured during shipment.

Wrangler products generally include a limited one-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty requires proof of purchase and does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
