Custom Orders Policy

At Branded Heifer Boutique, we take pride in offering custom engraving and embroidery services to make each piece uniquely yours. Please note the following policies for all custom work:

• All Sales Final – Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Deposits – A deposit may be required before beginning any custom order. Final payment is due before completion and delivery.

• No Returns/Refunds – Once production begins, no changes can be made and the order cannot be canceled.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
